Life without Litter

26:20

These days, we are all becoming more aware of our impact on the environment, and most of us do what we can to reduce it. Some things are toxic, others never decay, everything comes in packaging and when it doesn’t, it tends to cost more. In Moscow, where recycling has only just begun, James Brown embraces the challenge and plans to live for 2 weeks without generating any waste, none! But it’s harder than he thought. He learns which plastics can be recycled and which can’t and he finds out about making his own domestic products like shampoo, toothpaste and dishwashing liquid. James knows he can’t save the whole planet alone, but learns a lot about how we could all find ways to reduce our own eco footprint on the planet.
