In 2022, a soldier who was defending his home in Donbass from the Ukrainian nationalists, lost his arm. He applied for a prosthesis to the Kursk Prosthetic Clinic. These bioniс limbs are very state-of-the-art and are extremely expensive. However, the Clinic founder Roman Alyokhin decided to launch a separate fundraiser for prosthetics for veterans. After the first successful operation they decided to carry on this initiative and already changed the lives of many ‘Vostok’ battalion veterans.
