Oscar and Glen visit one of Russia’s most beautiful places, the Caucasus’ Kabardino-Balkaria region. They learn to prepare grilled sheep’s liver, a traditional Balkar dish. At a local farm, Oscar makes cheese, while Glen tries cutting hay with a scythe. At the end of the day, they sit down to enjoy a great meal, as well as the famous Caucasian hospitality.
